It was amazing to be able to interact with other leaders from different areas and positions. Vinny & Kim were amazing hosts, both intentional in their kindness, approach & openness to questions throughout the lab. The ideas that each of these labs brought to my mind that I could then share with my team was just enough to leave each week feeling like I could truly make the right changes in myself & leadership styles as well as share with my team some learnings we could implement to assist the team in working smarter not harder. Thanks for changing my Leadership approach. Afterall, the way we lead affects all of those looking to us for guidance, I feel I can now lead a better team with these tools now under my belt.

No. Leadership Lab meets participants where they are. Whether you are new to leadership or have years of experience, the content is designed to be immediately relevant and scalable.
Leadership Lab is delivered through live, facilitated sessions that include teaching, discussion, reflection, and hands-on exercises. Participants are encouraged to engage and apply the content in real time.
Participants should plan to attend all scheduled sessions and allow time for light reflection or application between sessions. The value of the lab increases with full participation.
Yes. While the principles are universal, the lab is designed to help you apply them directly to your current role, team, and organizational context.
Leadership Lab is values-driven and faith-informed, but practical and accessible to leaders from all backgrounds. Participants are not required to share any specific beliefs to benefit fully from the lab.
Leadership Lab is facilitated by experienced leadership coaches from Activate Your Influence who bring real-world business, ministry, and leadership experience into the room.
Your registration of $495 includes all sessions, materials, tools, facilitation, and a light breakfast. Any additional resources or follow-up opportunities will be shared during the lab.
