• Organizational Needs Assessment – Understanding your hiring strategy and workforce goals through a “Kick Off Meeting”. This includes internally conducted interviews, and information gathering to prepare for the hiring process.
• Candidate Profile & Job Description Development – These documents are created using results from the Organizational Needs Assessment. 
• Targeted Advertising & Candidate Sourcing – Crafting job postings and running ad campaigns
• Strategic Talent Acquisition – Screening, interviewing, and presenting the best candidates
• Onboarding Support – Ensuring a seamless transition for new hires

2) Collaborative Hiring Support – base fee per hire

For those who prefer a hybrid approach, we work alongside your team to fine-tune hiring strategies while optimizing your recruitment efforts. This includes:

• Refining Client Hiring Profiles – Defining key candidate qualifications and cultural fit through use of the Candidate Profile and Job Description.
• Targeted Advertising & Candidate Sourcing – Crafting job postings and running ad campaigns
• Strategic Talent Acquisition – Screening, interviewing, and presenting the best candidates

3) Interview & Selection Assistance – Bespoke Pricing

For organizations with an internal recruitment process that need expert guidance in candidate evaluation, we offer:

• Talent Assessments –  Identifying the right talent through structured assessments
• Final Selection Consulting – Facilitating discussions to make confident hiring decisions

• Faster Hiring: Reduce time-to-fill the position

• Our Guarantee: If an initial search does not produce a qualified candidate, we will work with      you to relaunch the advertising and search process. At that point, you would only be invoiced for any additional agreed-upon advertising costs, interviews or assessment fees.
