Leadership Team Development

Leadership Teams are the glue that hold an organization together. As a team, members are responsible for bridging the span of vision (where the organization is going) to strategy (how it gets done) to implementation and execution (tactical next steps). They are also responsible for simultaneously ensuring the seamless operation of the day-to-day by:

• Creating and protecting the organization's culture
• Advocating for and investing in the personal and professional development of team members
• Developing and executing the organization's strategy with healthy accountability measures
• Equipping the team at large to thrive as they execute their responsibilities with purpose, focus, and influence
