Mission / Vision / Values Workshop
1-Day Offsite (6-8 Hours)
Mission – Vision – Values. These aren't new concepts or words. In fact, they have even become somewhat cliché. But, how can we lead effective organization(s), develop teams, promote growth, and achieve our purpose if we don’t clearly understand who we are or where we are going? The process of answering and clarifying these questions is critical for starting well, developing teams, and promoting growth!
Our Mission-Vision-Values Workshop leads organizations through an engaging and fun process to uncover answers to key questions such as:
- Mission - Why do we exist? What do we do? How do we do it ?
- Vision - Where are we going? What value do we bring to the world?
- Values - What do we stand for...actually? What would we “die on a hill” to protect?
At the conclusion of the workshop, organizations will have a fully developed Mission Plan with their unique Mission - Vision - Values carefully crafted and chiseled in stone, serving as a bedrock for decision-making and a laser-focused direction for the future!
Strategic Planning Workshop
1-Day Offsite (6-8 hours)
Vision provides laser-focused direction for an organization, but strategy provides the roadmap to get there.
Our Strategic Planning Workshop leads organizations through a series of exercises to develop an Activation Plan that puts their mission, vision, and values into motion through a:
- 10-Year Goal - A tangible, written goal (not a promise) that leads and guides conversations around what an organization will look like 10 years from now
- 3-Year Plan - A tangible, written 3-year plan with a clearly defined niche, primary focus, and measurable goals/rocks
- 1-Year Strategy - A tactical, prioritized, and goal-driven 1-year strategy with clearly defined action steps, task assignments, and deadlines
S.C.O.P.E. Track Workshop
1/2 Day Offsite (4-5 hours)
Organizations are complex. Whether it be supply chain issues, differences in work styles, misalignment in perceived priorities, lack of trust in someone's ability to deliver, or simply a lack of overall communication….challenges and tensions naturally arise in the workplace. However, there is a distinct difference between tensions that can be “managed” and tensions that need to be “solved.”
Through our S.C.O.P.E. Track Workshop (Solving Company Operational Processes Efficiently), organizations gather their key players in a room to gain a comprehensive view of the organization’s current operational processes, identifying which tensions can be “solved” and which tensions need to be “managed." From there, we create a pathway forward with clear lanes, expectations, and responsibilities to maximize team effort, energy, and efficiency.
S.C.O.P.E. Track Workshop includes:
- Examining current operational processes
- Revealing current tension points and identifying which tensions can be “solved” and which tensions need to be “managed”
- Developing accountability measures around re-evaluated tension points and the process for managing or solving them moving forward
- Developing a framework and schedule for a weekly or bi-weekly S.C.O.P.E. Track meeting
Everything DiSC® Workshop
1/4 Day Offsite (2 hours)
Everyone is naturally wired with behavioral preferences and tendencies. Through our fun and interactive Everything DiSC® Workshop, individuals and teams will unpack the way they are naturally wired to behave and how to utilize their strengths to align and develop thriving teams built on deep trust and respect for one another's differences.
Our Everything DiSC® Workshop can be tailored to specific needs, but generally includes training on:
- Increasing self-awareness, individually and as a team
- Improving communication
- Developing strategies in how to more effectively work with and develop more meaningful connections with difficult personalities
- Identifying stress triggers in the various DiSC® styles
- Discovering how to naturally motivate people of various DiSC® styles

Here's to ____, Bring It ____ Workshop
1/4 Day Offsite (2 hours)
Reflection is critical to learning from the past and discerning how we should approach our next season. While we cannot predict or control everything, we can plan and put together a brief roadmap for what we want the next year to look like. Our “Here’s To _____, Bring It ______” Workshop simply prompts us to Reflect, Discern, and Plan – imagining what the next season could look like and identifying the tangible action steps we may need to get there.
Ultimately, this workshop is designed to assist participants in carving out time and energy to look at life through the lens of seasons and timeframes. The goal is to pause and reflect on the previous 12 months and put strategic, forward thinking thought into the next 12-month season. It can be done anytime throughout the year, but generally year-end is a great time to pause for discovery, discernment, and future planning.
