At Activate Your Influence, we believe every person has influence. We also believe every person has a higher calling with more to give - more potential, more to offer, more influence. Yet giving more doesn't necessarily translate into giving more time, energy, money, and resources.  

We come alongside you to ACTIVATE Your influence, leading/guiding you on a personal and professional development journey that takes you from where you are to where you want to be. 

This can take two forms: 

    · The coach serves as a guide that leads the client on a journey 

    · The coach walks alongside the client as an advisor and goes on the journey with them

While clients can come to us at any place on the roadmap, we discern where you are in the process by discovering your “why.”  For some, your “why” is crystal clear; others may need to do some deeper self-reflection. Regardless, it is our job as your guide and coach to help you discover and activate your “why” and continually move you in a direction, celebrating results and accomplishments along the way.  

Activate: To make active; cause to function or act

Influence: The capacity to have an effect on the character, development, or behavior of someone or something, or the effect itself.

1. Discovery: Discovery conversations around personal legacy and purpose.  Setting you up for significance as your grow in your influence.

2. Development: Growth-oriented discussions and reflections around priorities, goals initiatives and guardrails, and efficiencies. This is where we spend most of our time with our clients. Here we Develop a strategy and action plan to activate the “why” and implement the desired priorities and guardrails. Now it’s time to press play and execute the plan with accountability. 

3. Deploy: It’s time to fly! Jesus didn’t just hand out fish, he taught us HOW to fish! By now you have discovered your influence, how God has uniquely made you, your strengths and weaknesses, and your core values and talents. You have spent time putting all this into practice in your personal life and your professional life while we have held you accountable and guided you along the way. Now it’s time to continue the journey on your own and make a legacy impact that will ripple through generations. In this stage, we back off our regular 1:1’s and have less frequent meetings designed more around accountability to all the things you have learned.
