Myron Selby

 Myron is passionate about helping leaders and organizations elevate their culture, clarify their mission, and unlock their full potential. With over a decade of experience across the public, private, and non-profit sectors, he brings a calm presence to complex situations and a people-first approach that empowers teams to thrive. 

His consulting work with AYI includes strategic planning, leadership coaching, team development, and building systems that foster trust, clarity, and healthy accountability. 

Previously, Myron served as Director of Guest Experience at LCBC Church’s Manheim Campus, and previously developed his leadership foundation in the security industry (training, mentorship, leadership and operations program development, and crisis management) — all shaping a grounded, relational, team first leadership style. Outside of his role at AYI, Myron is a lifelong learner who loves music, working with his hands, storytelling, and spending time with people in his community. 

He enjoys life with his wife, Nicole, and their children Reese and Hollis — cooking, embarking on random road trips, or playing mini-golf together. He believes in living with humility, serving others well, and leaving every person and place better than he found them.

• Be slow to speak and quick to listen; wisdom is everywhere you go if you listen for it - even in the chaos
